Stress: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
"Stress is the #1 health epidemic of the 21st century." -World Health Organization
Stress can aid or raid your energy, focus, and emotions. Everyday demands, challenges, or threats (real or perceived) can activate a natural stress reaction, which is an evolutionary part of survival - acute reaction to triggers. But chronic stress, stress over time, can impair your health, happiness, and performance. Recognizing the first signs of stress and taking action to mitigate it can improve your health, happiness, and capacity to be your best.
Neuroscience and mindfulness research points to practical approaches that impact our response to stress . . .

About Terre Passero
I have success leading groups in dynamic work environments, and helping individuals grow personally and professionally.
Who I am and why I want to help you succeed.
I am passionate about helping people calm their nervous system so they can live and contribute with energy, love, and clarity.
The #1 challenge I hear from clients is "I don't have enough time!"
I get it! Over the years I've taught thousands of overwhelmed people in organizations. (I'm one of them!) These practices are accessible. I provide evidence-based, mindful stress management practices that people can apply in seconds throughout the day. For example, you get an email that irritates you and you are tempted to react quickly. Instead you pause, do a 30-second practice to calm your nervous system and then respond. Regulating your emotions leads to more effective communication.
Cultivating stress management practices can help you focus, regulate emotions, and build resilience, enabling good health and optimal performance.
I welcome the opportunity to support your journey to more mindful living!
With respect,
Terre Passero
